Another exercise for double chin reduction is as follows. Lie down on the floor and place your hands on the sides. Try to bring your chest very close to the chest as much as possible. When you touch the chest, remain in this position for about 10 seconds and go back slowly. Repeat this for 5 times. While doing this exercise remember not to strain your neck.
